Hi Guys,

I have been quite frustrated with the functionality of the watermark. It does not appear at all on any of the listing images that i have uploaded.

Does anyone knows how to fix this issue as i have sent out a couple of emails to the developers but got no resolve from them?

Hi there,

I have installed the search module and when I add it to my site it is vertical, on the module features list it says it can be horizontal or vertical.

Can anyone tell me how to make it horizontal? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do this in the module.

I would add an attribute but this attribute must be positioned below the energy class, both as regards the side amministrator that the front-and.

By myself I am able to write code to create the label that allows me to insert the data I need by editing the file edit_form.tpl.php

We installed this component/module at local host Its working fine but when transfer all file into server its showing Internal Server Error but at the server administrator is working. So where is the problem? Can you provide the solution of this problem? It is very urgent of us.

I created an attribute type "List" which shows the values you can have the field "number of persons" should go from 1 to 16.

At first I was shown, after getting down to work on editing the property sheet, I tell them what the problem.
Now the problem is that in the Web tab of the property showed that value from 1 through 16 are the numbers of people as possible in the houses there is a relation with attributes ID No. 1 to No. 16.

I give you an example:

number of persons show: "san antonio" which is the attribute ID 16
should show the value: 16
displays the name of "san antonio" because it is the number 16 of my attributes.

Another example:

number of persons show: "District"
should show value: 14
shows "District" that the list of people, I have selected 14 people but shows the ID 14 is District.

Our rental properties are in different regions/subregions
I used the categories for the regions (as all our properties are for rent).

I would like to use a menu item to call a list of all properties in one region or subregion.
How can I achieve this without resorting to the seach module?

I have Jomdirectory and would lke to create different member levels to add features to the ads in the directory..
example:

I wanted to have different business memberhips

Booster - basic listing
Silver - upgraded features
Gold - almost the best
Platinum - Everything!!

Can this be done??

I need to add a spam protection and modify review functions to allow a submit the reviews for non logged users.

I can then still monitor and edit the reviews in the admin but I my user base is all public and they can not add or see reviews

Anyone know how to do this?

I'm working on something at the moment where the client wants to show SOME of the attributes, then the description field, then the rest of the attributes. It's going to be very fixed in structure so I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll have to display each of the attributes manually in the _detailed template instead of just looping through them.

So, I have this:

Bearing in mind that some of the attributes are multiple select fields, could someone get me started on how to display a single attribute with it's value(s) please.

For example, my output has:

Destinations 3 British Isles Europe

The '3' is just where I'm displaying the $item.attr_id value.

I had a nasty surprise recently, I realised my contact form was not working, although I tested it OK. There is nothing wrong with the code its down to some hosts blocking email relay like my host namecheap in the US. If you host your server on Namecheap then you will have this problem. I got down on my knees and begged but they would not allow it under any circumstances even after I threatened to take my business elsewhere.

This is embarrassing but im sharing this in case this affects you.

The mistake I made
I only have two email addresses so every test I did used an email from the domain of my smtp server, so it was either the sender or receiver of the test email. It worked every time, as one of the addresses was always local its not considered a relay by the server. However in the real world where the property owner and the visitor have email domains not hosted on my server, the form fails. When I say fail it doesn't do anything it acts like the send button is not working.

The test
To test this I would create a new user with an external email domain. Create a property and try the contact form using a dummy email like This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as the sender. If it does nothing then chances are your host does not allow email relay.

Workaround
Support very kindly offered to create a custom form for free to get over this problem. I needed something quick to get me by until the form was ready. I actually prefer this to the contact form so I have now switched it off.
I didn’t realise but joomla has its own built in email cloaking to protect addresses from spam bots.
I reused the div above where i placed the code, hope that is good practice but it works ok and placed this under my category block. It gives a spambot protected clickable email address from the database for each listing.
There are a few options here for cloaking docs.joomla.org/How_to_cloak_email_addresses
